Ms. Cicely Peoples is one of the Church Lady Dolls inspired by the Broadway musical adaption of Alice Walker's "The Color Purple".

She is a modern lady all dressed up for Sunday service with a white cotton jacket with belted peplum and a pleated yellow skirt.  Her corsage is blue silk and her gold earrings match her gold necklace.  Her hat is lace covered fabric with blue accents.  She is sassy and sophisticated!  Figure stands 5 3/4" tall.
